产品简介Application
绝压表主要用于监视或测量某些真空设备(如真空包装机械、监测冷凝压力和液体的蒸气压
力的设备等)中*对压力的仪表。
Absolute pressure gauge use to watch or measure some vacuum equipments (for example: vacuum packing machine, watch condensation pressure and liquid steam pressure equipment.) which is absolute pressure gauge.
*对压力是指以*对压力零位(*对真空)作基准，高于*对压力零位的压力。
Absolute pressure means when absolute pressure is zero (absolute vacuum), the pressure which hyper absolute pressure zero.
*对压力值一般可用下式表示：

*对压力值 = 真空度(负压)值 + 大气压力值
Absolute pressure=vacuum (negative pressure) value + atmosphere pressure value
工作原理Working Principle
膜片式绝压表由内腔、外腔和机芯三部分组成。内腔是由膜片、上接体和波纹管组成一真空腔，其真空腔内按仪表不同的量程抽至不同的真空度(负压)。外腔是由膜片和下接体组成，并通过接头直通大气或真空泵。在对绝压表外腔抽真空(负压)时，在抽至绝压表的上限前，由于内腔的负压大于外腔负压，指针应停留有上限位置。只有外腔负压大于内腔负压时，膜片则向下发生位移，并通过传递杆带动机芯上扇齿，使指针发生偏转，以达到测量*对压力的目的。
Diaphragm absolute pressure gauge is composing of inner cavity, outer cavity and movement. Inner cavity is a vacuum cavity, which is composing of diaphragm, upper parts and bellows vacuumize according to the different ranges. Outer cavity is composing of diaphragm and lower parts; connect to atmosphere or vacuum pump by the socket. When outer cavity is vacuum (negative pressure), before vacuumize absolute pressure to the upper limit, negative pressure of inner cavity is higher than outer cavity’s. The pointer should on zero. When the negative pressure of outer cavity is higher than inner cavity’s, the diaphragm has down displacement, and drive the movement teeth by transfer shank, the pointer has excursion, so can measure the absolute pressure.
